Pros
The only pro I can possibly think of is that I made great, genuine connections with fellow employees.
Cons
This company doesn't care one bit about it's employees. When I first started the culture was great, there was a lot of potential for this to be a very successful and great company to work for. Somewhere down the line they started laying off management with no warning of any kind, then they laid off almost 20 employees and some that hadn't been with the company 2 months. A couple months later they executed another round of layoffs right before the Holidays with no warning. Aside from all of the layoffs they promised promotions that obviously never came to fruition, and their training is just a series of videos with no direction from management. If they ever start hiring employees again I would definitely look anywhere else.
