      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)

      Excellent product, collaborative work environment, 401k match, great PTO

      Cons

      The new leadership has brought a lot of restructuring and a lot a lot a lot of great people have either been laid off or left because of a lack of internal movement up and higher pay. It seems like the people who are always being promoted or given raises are at the top.
