Pros

Good product & decent pay A lot of really smart industry people

Cons

There is quite a bit of favoritism here, resulting in people being promoted from within who, quite plainly, are not qualified to be in senior management positions managing people who have years more experience than them. There are people who act like absolute clowns, yet they do not see any sort of repercussions because they are "right hand" staff to higher-ups. In addition, I've not seen misogyny quite like what I saw at Aidoc. I witnessed multiple men throw temper tantrums and get away with it, being protected, again, by higher-ups. A lot of clique-y behavior, which made for an all-around bad experience. I wouldn't recommend working here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. You're right that quite a few of our promotions are internal, we are trying to make sure that is to allow our team members to grow and whenever possible, give them a chance over hiring from outside. That said, the sort of behavior you are describing is not acceptable by anyone, regardless of tenure or seniority. While we hope that's not the general experience of folks at Aidoc, we'll take your comment to heart and see if we can get to the bottom of what you wrote. If you feel comfortable saying more, you're encouraged to reach out to our new Chief of People at neomif@aidoc.com. Confidentiality will be guaranteed if you do.

Pros

PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

Cons

Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
