The worst micromanagement, poor strategy and bad leadership have ever experienced in my 10+ year career.
Spending tens of thousands a month on marketing on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit for a B2B FX service despite senior sales staff and Head of Marketing advising otherwise and showing alternative ways to get a better ROI.
Egotistical senior management with no clue on operating in Australia and refusal to accept an opposing point of view.
Focusing on the wrong things with customers.
Extremely poor work-life balance- mandated 10 hour work day as standard in employment contract.
Vague promise of optioned shares that may one day be worth something dangled as incentives in lieu of commission.
Extremely high, unachievable targets with no support to reach them.
Needing CFO approval to offer pricing in line with competition.
Required to use personal phone for all business purposes.
Good people in Management forced out or resign if they try and go against senior leadership
Extremely high turnover (for good reason).
