Pros

beautiful offices regardless of hours, higher pay than the industry average friendly and talented co-workers excellent design team, great visual

Cons

Can't believe the score is 4.0. The reviews here may come from HRs. The company did excellent work on PR and company images to attract investors. Unfortunately, the product itself is disappointing, a less ideal version of Stripe. The CEO cares most about the visual of the product. The young management usually micro-manages and prefers the hierarchy. The work-life balance is non-existence. 10am-10pm for the Shanghai office. When I was there, some speech from the management is so rude that I cannot believe it.

Good comp and lunch provided via forkable.

Cons

Insanely high number of voluntary resignations, poor work/life balance and progress is slowed due to the concentration of key decision makers based in APAC who work with teams within the United States and EMEA.
