      Pros

      Some nice people around but mostly toxic environment still

      Cons

      1. No care for employee well being 2. Ruthless culture with no second chances 3. Constant pressure and toxic environment 4. A lot of packaging and window dressing to paint a fake picture that masks the actual state of the company 5. CEO runs the company with no trust or empathy 6. Whoever is left at the company are basically his lap dogs who blindly follow out of fear

Over the past few years, Airwallex has scaled rapidly, processing hundreds of billions in payments annually. There are clear career progression opportunities if you perform. Leadership is supportive of internal mobility, and high performers are recognized and promoted. You’re surrounded by smart, driven colleagues who are collaborative and willing to help, which creates a motivating environment day to day.

      Cons

      Like most high-growth companies, things can move fast and change quickly, which may not suit everyone. There can be pressure to perform given the pace and ambition of the company.
