      Pros

      Great flexibility in team switching. Career advancement within the company. Goal oriented approach. Talented and great people around. Very good benefits and PTO policies.

      Cons

      Immigration policies are prude and inconsistent with the rest of the industry. Makes employees wait a full 6 years of H1b to start their green card process. Delays the application process to the point that employees prefer to leave the company.

      Remote, unlimited pto, health benefits, wellness days

      Cons

      Complex tools, products and processes. It's mostly all cold calling which is a grind. Morale is at all time low across entire department. Quotas change mid month. No career opportunities... at all. 99% of sdrs have been sdrs for years with no advancement but we're treated like it's an entry level role
