Pros
Employee-friendly culture, openness, transparency on all management levels, highly intelligent and open-minded upper management. It's also nice that the company doesn't do any dirty marketing to distinguish itself, and is relatively unknown to broader public, therefore not getting any blame for being one of the evil IT giants or similar.
Cons
High workload, sometimes unexplainable headcount cuts, a very broad technology portfolio makes it difficult to have expert knowledge across the board.
