      Reasonable pay, extra benefit (although shrinking fast)

      Cons

      Churn and burn culture is very real. Work like crazy and you will never meet your target. OTE is just a dream. No team spirit. Your colleague is waiting for your departure so he can take the sales opportunities you worked on.
