Heading in the wrong direction - Legal Albertsons Companies Employee Review

Senior leadership has made a drastic change from a 2 day work week to a 4 day work week. This should’ve been done in a gradual fashion. Promotions take forever to receive, and the company has extremely high expectations with very little positive feedback. Despite their efforts to create a collaborative environment, most departments do not effectively communicate with each other. There’s a little opportunity for growth, and the company does not invest in its existing talent.
