Pros
Good 401k plan and health insurance benefits. Most employees can take vacation without being made to feel guilty although it depends on who you work for.
Cons
Since taking over Safeway, Albertson's continually eliminates positions and has the remaining employees take over the responsibilities. This results in a dismal work environment where everyone is unhappy, morale is low and everyone is overworked.
