Not enough hours/pay to pay bills, odd hours makes it almost impossible to work a 2nd job

Good pay and great staff, Customers are often friendly. most nights closing are quiet.

Unconsistent scheduling, lack of communication with upper Managment, favoritism with certain staff members. Accusing me of not finishing work when I have physical evidence in photo that it has been completed.
