It's hard to communicate with the team, sometimes you feel like no one will support you. No work life balance, on holidays sometimes you have to work to meet deadlines even when you are on leave they will ask for the updates of the projects and no pay for overtime. When you are assigned to a project, you will be confused because they don't give you the history of the project and they don't have a proper documentation as well. It's hard to learn because when you ask other employees and want to gather information, they sometimes don't answer.
