Pros
Good work-life balance -- hardly ever had to work overtime or on weekends. Employees are all pretty friendly, intelligent, and fairly easy to collaborate with. Compensation is fair. Tech stack remains relevant. Free provided lunch is nice. Location is great as well. I'd say that the company seems to be headed in the right direction.
Cons
- Working from home is frowned upon by HR. - The founder of the company can also come off a bit aggressive when disrupting dev teams with sudden issues. - There's no 401k match.
