They highly tout their values and culture. However... If you enjoy a high school-like environment, cliques, back stabbing and EXTREME favoritism, this is the place for you. If they don't "like" you even though your performance is exceptional (indicated by your yearly review and compensation increase) they won't fire you, but instead find ways to push you out. This is a horrible environment and you are constantly walking egg shells. In addition, the QA team was disassembled and placed under development after the QA managers were pushed out. The development managers and and upper management are very unprofessional and WILL find a way to push you out if you are not a member of the favoritism club.
