Pros
Great coworkers, seemingly great benefits (that they can’t afford?), flexible WFH and very supportive of work life balance.
Cons
Company laid off about 1/3 of the employees with 0 warning or indication. These layoffs happened at all levels and for all teams. Some employees had been there years, some literally only 1 day (why encourage someone to switch jobs and then let them go immediately?). Teams were actively recruiting and then they laid off a huge portion of the company.
