Pros

Many nice people to work with. Extremely corporate atmosphere with some decent perks. Nice facility for meetings and demos.

Cons

Upper management is not at all flexible or strategic, the owners are too concerned with a few of the top customers compared to diversifying the business across a larger customer base. Sales leadership is lacking and is clueless on how to develop talent. Very limited pool of resources for developing account base (due to top existing customers priority to obtain resources based on priority). Lack of strategy to develop enterprise & mid-market space. Compensation is not as competitive as others within the industry, and there is a lack of benefits that you'd expect to see from a technology company. Internal support is limited and there are too many areas of bottlenecks because 1person manages every piece of the business decision making process. Be prepared to account for almost every minute of your day (even if you're a salaried employee).

Pros

- Company culture includes stretching yourself past your comfort zone, expanding your knowledge, and challenging others to do the same. - Allegient's health benefits are above average in this area. - The benefits packages include support for continued learning. - Company is generous in their perks. (Stocked kitchen, discounted concert tix, more) - Compensation is on par with other similar firms. - Atmosphere is friendly, with intelligent people around every corner. - Employees are given the tools they need to excel. - An entrepreneurial atmosphere where we bleed excellence. - Flexible scheduling for life events, emergencies. - Quarterly company meetings keep everyone on the same page. - Family-friendly outings and events - I feel like I'm completely supported for success while being challenged to stretch my abilities.

Cons

- Everyone is extremely busy with many projects on their plate. I expect this to alleviate in the near future with increases in recruiting.
