Sent an email invite to do a one way recorded video screen. Seemed like an odd, not human, way to engage. The instructions for the process were also cold and odd.

Interview
It was awful, I did my phone screen with them. Got the opportunity from an on campus CF. Their HR missed one phone screen cause he had to leave office unexpectedly. The company does not feel organized at all. Now the HR just went MIA and I cannot find him nowhere.

Interview
I went to their building and met with some of their lead developers. They asked me some technical questions and made sure that I knew my stuff. They were in need of someone to fill a position quickly so it went very smoothly.
