Good team to work with, stable company to work for, well established reputation internationally so great experience to have when looking to move on and apply somewhere else, opportunities to learn and develop within the health insurance field.
Cons
In certain departments, claims included, work-life balance is not balanced well. Long working hours, under pressurized and repetitive activity, after a while it becomes hard to pull through.
