Management is unfortunately very poor. Bad communication to employees. You need to be a hypocrite and never say anything if you ever want to be promoted. It's always the same people who are promoted. Company culture is old fashioned. HR is clueless. No carreer management. The helpline is a helpless place to work in.... systems are numerous and bulky and not user friendly. Constantly under pressure!
