Pros

Colleagues try really hard to do well and work together in very difficult circumstances. Hybrid working means you only need to be in the office 1 day per week. Training is good (when there isn't a budget freeze)

Cons

Poor salaries, which are unfairly applied (their gender pay gap must be entirely fabricated). Terrible - and I mean TERRIBLE - culture. Employees are exploited via impossible workloads and no support. Management are not fit for purpose. The CEO is invisible, and has no power or authority because all decision-making and all reporting lines go straight to Group. Bullying and harrassment is rife. Clients are lied to. Things are hidden from regulators. Customer fraud is well-known but unchallenged. Cost cutting means more than anything, including employee health and well-being, and is harming customers. IT is outdated and creates expensive inefficiences. HR need to be doing more to protect the business. They are aware of senior management breaching employment laws, but they do nothing about it. Allianz Partners UK are still only in business through luck and decepetion, not through design. Their external stakeholders would be appalled if they knew what went on inside the walls of this organisation. Don't let the Allianz brand fool you. This is a clown factory.

Pros

Great people, great office, hybrid work model.

Cons

Office can feel empty on the in-office days mostly because the building is so massive and there just aren't enough people there to make it feel right.
