None unless you live nearby as the majority of its staff does. Otherwise, dobt expect as much as a cup of coffee on them.

Filthy, dusty, rodent infested, poorly constructed, low/no morale, no performance evaluations, no raises, no bonuses, no goals, no leadership, no tuition reimbursement, poor pay/over priced benefits, a ton of catty co-workers who would rather discuss each other than to demand the clean, healthful working environment they are ENTITLED TO BY LAW!! The file room is NOT suppose to feel like you have walked OUTDOORS in the winter/summer. It's suppose to be up to code with the temperature regulated as it is within the office space. You should not be required to buy your own pest control to control the mice running through cubes, on desk and flat out dying in your cubicle. Disinfectant is mandatory to clean up the mice droppings on your desk and in your work space DAILY. You will NOT be re-imbursed or compensated for these out of pocket expenses, but you are expected to grin and bear it. If the staff had one brain betwixt them tjis place would have BEEEEEN shut down. They know EXACTLY what and who they are dealing with here...dead people who don't even know they are dying in here. Poor insulation and ventilation etc. But don't move their cheese and they are ALL set to continue on with their monotonous duties and having no expectation to grow or know anything greater than this!
