Toxic environment with inept and corrupt management - Armed Guard Allied Universal Employee Review

The location was great. It was close to my residence.

I don't have any at this time.

Some of the people you meet are cool and you make real good connections with the professional guards (not a lot, but i got lucky)

*Management doesn't answer their phones *Management don't want to help you address the issues onsite unless the manager of that site has an issue. *Rude and non responsive office. *Operations managers and client managers are useless. (Their assistants do a better job than they do) *The guards are not the priority to management and the company. Very childish and hostile environment. *A lack of structure, communication and support.
