(Per my current site's standards- Downtown Atlanta) - Effective patrol/posts on the property and surrounding areas - Rich dynamic when it comes to networking
Cons
(Per my current site's standards- Downtown Atlanta) - Excessive taunting from superiors - Lack of discipline - Inadequate staffing/scheduling (its getting better) - Disconnect in communication between superiors and officers (HUGE PROBLEM, HUGE!!!!) - Lack of respect; officers and leadership alike - Micromanaging - Workplace Bullying - Corrective action is never suffice to performance issues by security officers; if an officer asks for clarification to get a CLEAR understanding on what triggered a disruption in workflow, its either followed by attitude from a superior or alienation of that officer .....I can continue, but I think the picture is clear.....WE NEED TO DO BETTER!!!
