      Decent benefits. Partial 401K matching. Work is independent. Computer systems are easy to learn. Volunteering outside of work is highly encouraged and rewarded.

      Cons

      Each manager/supervisor determines the atmosphere and enforcement of policies, so there’s inconsistencies between departments. You are a small part of a huge system.
