Going Downhill - Anonymous employee Allina Health Employee Review

Within the past 3 years has had major reorganization. Massive cuts. Leadership does not treat people with respect, and people disappear without so much as an announcement or acknowledgement of their contributions or that their position was cut: just silence. Allina has frozen raises, 401K contribution, tuition assistance, and enacted furloughs so many are without any PTO. Meanwhile, people at the top are promoted and take extended vacations. Beware of the new regime!
