Under paid, bias, favoritism, manipulation, controlling, micromanagement, abusive leadership tactics, gaslighting, overworked, no advancement encouraged, staff are afraid to speak out due to retaliation tactics, your life is Allina - you are expected to arrange your entire life around Allinas needs and wants. Raises are left at discretion of department leadership who are bias and have favorites. If you speak up about anything they schedule meetings with HR representatives to monitor and bully you into shrinking back into a worker ants title. No diversity in leadership management, and upwards.
