There is not enough staff to handle the workload most days, and it is not uncommon for employees to begin feeling burnt out from the frequent issues caused by the mismanagement of this organization. Every few months there's another problem caused by hasty decisions, the higher-ups just shrug and let the employees deal with the brunt of the frustrations brought forward by customers.
