Pros
PPE is available, floor staff can be great, and Mercy is a good learning hospital because it has higher acuity than other hospitals near here. Managers in my experience have been nice. In performance evaluations, they recognize good work.
Cons
Allina is going broke and cuts every thing they can to try to cut costs. Seems like the money is more important than their staff and their patients. If there is a patient safety measure being worked on it is because it impacts their financial standing. They will run you ragged.
