      Decent pay, decent boundaries around work and home (not expected to have email on personal phone)

      Cons

      Zero flexibility, even with salary. Need to use PTO for even 15 minutes. Very few opportunities for growth unless you are interested in management

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.

      Usual workplace politics and conflict. People are usually willing to listen and work through issues.
