      Since the laboratory has unionized, the pay had been good. Accumulation of PTO is pretty decent

      Laboratory management 100% denial rate of PTO Understaffed Retaliation from management due to being in a Union Not supporting your staff when they are struggling No growth when you receive an advanced degree No accontability from management Management can always take PTO when staff cannot

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.
