Pros
They pay interns, good culture for the larger branches, good work life balance, great positions to move around or up depending on the location. Good matching 401k and stocks. Very advanced with benefits when thinking about various generations. Do not stay more than 3 or 4 years. :)
Cons
You can be promoted if you are liked. I would compare the job environment as to being in middle school with a bully or in college and being hazed in order to be accepted. That appears to be like any corporation so I do not fault Ally for this. Not much diversity when it comes to upper management but like I said before that would be most corporations. Interns have a presentation at the end of their stay and Ally more likely taking their ideas and implementing it when they leave.
