Pros
Ally really has given me the resources and tools to own and grow my career with amazing opportunities to develop and expand into different departments. I have had the opportunity to work through several departments and working hard to make my way into leadership. I have had very supportive leaders that have given me everything I’ve asked for in terms of help and encouraging me with my growth. A lot of the “con” comments that I read on the reviews mention that it is hard to move up without being friends with or knowing leadership and that they feel they are overlooked because of things like this. I think you will find most places will be like this though. If you have the work ethic, skill, and are good at your job and desire to move up, you should always be seeking to network and connect with leadership and other matrix partners. I believe that connecting with people is as important of a skill set as the job itself if you strive to be in a leadership and/or more challenging position. Skill and ability absolutely play into promotions/new opportunities, but so does connection. Over all I personally cannot speak enough positive words about this company.
Cons
Limited remote opportunities and departments that offer remote opportunities. This in turn limits the chance of potentially hiring the best candidates for some positions.
