It's a hard job.
If you found your highly academic and elite school to be "too easy" then this will probably be a good fit for you. Typical days require a unique combo of well-thought-out research planning as well as outbound sales activities over phone and email. It's a very rare combo which is great experience, but it is difficult to balance time and energy when you're delivering on client requests.
After 6-8 months of helping deliver on asks for your team, it does become a role requiring individual client coverage. Our clients are extremely busy people, so sometimes emails will come after 8:30pm and need a response before 9.
The hours are pretty firmly 8am-6pm but actually have pretty solid flexibility within to take breaks, lunch, walks etc. for ~60-90 minutes per day depending on team, the issue is you'll have so much to do, and it can definitely feel like you are "always on" during the day.
The company is in person first, so it will require moving to SF or NY to even be considered unless you are purely IT or some other specialist function.
