We are a small organization which is a double edge sword. It assists in our ability to make decisions effectively but also hinders our ability to penetrate wider in the marketplace. We do a nice job of balancing however if you are accustomed to a very large organization with many resources you rely on to perform your job function this may take adjusting to.
