Pros

Very SMART people to work with. Training is VALUED Nice balance of technologies to work with and opportunities to learn new technologies Diverse client base Work/Life balance is important Work From Home options No office politics Ownership has an open-door policy to talk with them AND they mean it!! Ownership is open and honest about company performance - just ask. Low volume of turn-over year-to-year.

Cons

Very flat organization; so career growth by titles is not there. (is a con for those who value management titles). Can spend some time on the bench. (Can be a con but use it to get training.) Can be working for a client for very long extended periods at a time.

Pros

Alpine is an amazing IBM Business Partner and ECommerce Magento premier partner. You can expect growth from challenging client engagments and technical growth via company-funded certifications. Also Unlimited Vacation, which is... unlimited.

Cons

Commutes to Schamburg can be difficult. But if you have a travel role then that won't matter.

Pros

- Work from anywhere: Company is entirely remote - no commute, no cubicles, and no office soul bleach. - Certifications and training: Company pays for any certs and training relevant to your job function. In many cases, you'll receive a bonus for obtaining certification. - Creativity and is rewarded: Have an idea? Your peers and management will listen. If it's a good idea (and the decision is made to go forward), you'll play the lead. - Loyalty: Many employees have been with Alpine for 10 years or longer.

Cons

You'll be challenged. People who insist on a perpetual "comfort zone" don't do well at Alpine. Expect to wear a few different hats and tackle some tasks challenge your skillsets.
