Pros
This job is good if you need to make extra income to save or pay bills. The hours are flexible and there are multiple locations in each region. Shifts are available through out the day so you can work after or before your main job.
Cons
This is not sustainable as a full time position at all. Shifts or "blocks" are very hard to get depending on the time of year. Inconsistent and high mileage routes makes the pay the same if not worse than a minimum wage job in the area. Pay is low in high cost of living areas. You spend a lot of time working looking for a shift and not getting paid.
