Compensation is great for the work you are doing. Internal transfers are encouraged. However the organisation has drastically changes after 2023, and for the worst.
Cons
Toxic upper management with pathetic Work life balance. Too much politics at management level. Additionally, there is constant stress of layoff irrespective of your performance.
