Use to be a great company when the moral was at its highest point and now since legal came in the company is on a spiral downhill.
Cons
Negative environment, micromanagement, HR didn't speak up to there Manager (Legal) when there is wrong doing I can go on and on why not to work for this awful company. If you have any brains, go to accompany where you are appreciated, where you are treated with respect. It's only a matter of time before this company falls flat under the direction on legal. I feel sorry the company was pretty amazing before they brought the "Witch" into the company. And instead of farming out lawsuits maybe she should actually work a case but she doesn't because she knows she won't win. Feel sorry for anybody who works there still. Everyone's time will come where you see the big picture.
