Some good co-workers (although most of the GOOD agents/managers have left)

pretty much all of it.First you sign your life away (the blues),they get most of your comm and renewals,the leads are NOT free and usually churned over and over again between agents and they will most likely steel your renewals once you leave.They beat up on their current customer base and in general dont have a very good reputation in general.
