At AmeriTech I earn more than I ever thought was possible. The commission schedule pays me for my achievements and there is no cap on that. No quotas, no micro management; and as many positions as I want to fill. Very considerate management where a birthday celebration is held for every employee. Company provides kolaches, donuts, granola bars, cookies, soft drinks and sport drinks to all employees. It’s fun to work here.
Cons
Management should spend more time with the poor performing recruiters. Just because they can’t seem to do the job they shouldn’t be ignored.
