Pros
I enjoy working with AFCU, they have an incredible introductory program into the company. The culture is family and they pride themselves on not letting people go during hard financial times. They also offer remote positions. They offer a pension.
Cons
AFCU does not cater to female workers when it involves the benefits. They do not offer maternity leave or provide other maternity options besides the basic disability pay. This hurts female employees, who are their family's primary providers, options in moving up for promotions or staying with AFCU at all.
