Pros

Strong team, hardworking, bid schedule based on seniority, supportive team, meaningful work. You are allowed to stand up for yourself when it comes to mean and threatening customers. Management does support you adhering to company policy whether or not the customer is happy about it. And of course: flight benefits.

Cons

Management style is aggressive and harsh. Metrics will have you in the office. Always a revolving door of GMs. Interactions with flight crew can be awkward and tense.
