Pros

Working at corp in sales the pay is hourly and is fair. However, increasing aco sales pay ceiling would be great. Our manager encourages work/life balance which is diff than others who care about corporates number. Pension even though the percentage took a hit. Health insurance is expensive but the other benefits they offer are great

Cons

Pto could be more per pay period, no room for growth unless you live close to nhq. Working remote your stuck in your role and will have to quite and find a diff co to work for.

Remote, extended and detailed training. good benefits.

Cons

First month of training was in office at their Phoenix location, after that it was remote.

Pros

- Working with some genuinely smart people - Usually seems to be a culture of helping one another out across teams

Cons

- Poor IT leadership understanding of business and organizational standards - Consistently low morale from high contributors who aren’t recognized at early reviews - Very poor organizational structuring; regularly either a vacuum where a more capable leader is needed that is being filled by an under-titled and under-paid individual, or the vacuum is entirely unfilled and all teams pay the price - Regular assumptions of other teams state without discovery by leadership - Poor documentation which results in endless meetings
