One of the most significant advantages of this sales role is the earning potential,it’s not uncommon to make upwards of $12,000 per month. The commission structure is among the best in the industry, offering strong incentives for high performance. Additionally, management support is outstanding. Scott, in particular, is always available to provide guidance and answer any questions, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. The training program is exceptional as well. It emphasizes continuous learning and skill development, ensuring you’re always growing and staying sharp in your role.

The only potential drawback is the slower pace of the role. If you prefer to stay constantly busy throughout the day, this position may not be the right fit. Typically, you’re assigned two leads per day, often located close to home, which means you’ll have a significant amount of free time between appointments.

This is a great job to have. They are flexible on hours and are willing to work with most schedules. The people here are all fantastic to work with and it makes the job extremely enjoyable. The position offers full time hours and part time so whatever hours are needed can be accommodated. Every person I have met in my short time at Ameritech Windows has been great and a joy to talk to. All of our management is great as well and they lead us to an enjoyable work experience.

There is not any cons that I can think of to this job. It is a great place to work.
