Good work-life balance, unlimited PTO, amazing people
Cons
You’ll never work an 8 hour day, more like 11-12. Upper Mgmt is extremely top heavy, good ole boy network. Implemented a strict Vaccination policy — get the jab or you’re out, whether you travel or not and testing isn’t an option.

We appreciate that you took the time to write a comment about your experience. We are proud of our leadership at Amplify and continually take steps to diversify our management and teams.
Our vaccine policy is regularly updated to comply with federal, state, and local requirements, as well as school district customer policies. As of March 2022, only traveling employees or employees who will be required to meet in person are required to be vaccinated. Exemptions are available for employees in need of accommodation, and we work with their managers and HR to assess eligibility and implement alternatives wherever feasible.
There are some very dedicated, talented and well intentioned people who work there. For awhile it felt like the organization was building and doing great things. The salary felt fairly competitive with the industry standard.
Cons
Don't look too closely under the hood if you don't want to stop believing in the illusion. The product is no longer as strong as it once was, the PD and CS have gone way downhill, they care more about profit than people and they are no longer mission driven but success and money driven. They talk a good game, but many people there are ruthless so watch your back. They do a good job of making you feel like it's the best place to work and you are lucky to be there, for awhile, but when the blook is off the rose, watch out.
