      Cohesive Team collaboration, empowerment to accomplish tasks and projects. Accessible and engaged C-Suite. Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO.
