      Operations management is racist and shady. If you are a woman don’t bother you will be harassed and they will work to cover it up. If you are a POC don’t ever expect promotion they are slowly trying to get rid of all of you.

Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO.
