The nepotism and lack of diversity is astounding. The pay is GROSS. The advancement is non existent. HR is a JOKEY JOKE. They are NOT for the employees that’s for sure. Was at this place 10 years with a degree and years of experience and still made less than those coming in off the street with no degree or experience was brought in making. If you’re not Caucasian or willing to brown nose your way through… forget about being promoted or recognized.
