Anacomp Response
10yWe take all reviews from our employees seriously, both positive and negative, and thank you for your feedback. Meeting our Customer’s expectations for production and quality levels is a significant driver to the comments you have submitted. Anacomp has a core permanent staff and augments this staff with project-based employees as necessary to meet our customers’ requirements that have inconsistent and often unpredictable volumes. The average tenure for a permanent Anacomp employee is over 7 years. We perform extensive capacity and schedule planning to distribute the workload as evenly as possible, while still achieving our contractual commitments for delivery time. We monitor these production plans daily, and periodically do need to adjust our project-based staffing levels based on the fluctuations in our customer work requirements. When the workloads increase, we first reach out to previous Anacomp staff members in good standing, so it is not surprising that some of our project- based employees rejoin us when the seasonal work returns. We also have stringent accuracy and quality requirements, and monitor these metrics on a daily and individual basis. Anacomp has a formal Performance Management process that includes Management guidelines for Performance Feedback. If you have concerns about the Performance Management Process, please contact our Human Resources department so we may address your concerns directly. – Kimberly, Human Resources
